{Party Time}

Christmas was busy this year.
We partied for 4 days straight and then crashed.
But there were quite a few fun memories made!
I forgot to take pictures during most of our times together with family.
But I did manage to capture some pretty memorable presents the boys got.
Without further ado, here's our Christmas week...

{Our family Christmas}

Ellie gets excited over every present.
Even if she's not sure what it is.
It's pure joy!

Tripper's a little less vocal and emotional about presents.
But he didn't want to be upstaged by his big sis.
He got pretty animated after opening his 4th car!

But the HUGE excitement this Christmas came when they opened their guns from Daddy.
I know...can we sound anymore like hicks?!
They're SO neat though....and now the curtain rods in their room can finally stay in place on the window and not be used as guns.

Ellie really rocked the glam/gun look.
And posed 100 times for Matt.
She is seriously one hilarious little girl!

 Tripper spent quite some time figuring out his scope.

Matt tried to explain how it worked, but he still shoots it upside down most of the time :)
And now he "scopes" everything he sees.
When he looks at something, he squints with one eye and uses his finger really close to his head to point and scope out what he wants to see or ask you about.
He either needs glasses really bad or really likes pretend guns.
It could be both.

{Tacky Sweater Christmas Party}
 Our small group rocked the ugly sweaters this year!

And by the way...white is not a good look for a baby belly unless you're wanting to look even more ginormous than you are.
That was not exactly my goal, but it was the only shirt that matched my awesome sweater!
I think we look superb.

{Weber Christmas}
...my camera sat forgotten on the table while we had all our festivities.
Boo.
But, I can say that I managed to get an absolutely crazy huge box of chocolates from my sweet brother!
Like really huge...it's sitting on the dresser and it covers the whole thing.
No one should eat that much chocolate...except when they're 9 months pregnant.
(I made that last part up)

{Beverlin Christmas}
We had the kids open their presents first and then put them to bed.
Best. idea. ever.
We could actually relax and talk to each other during the "grown up" present time.
Now we just have to figure out how to make it work next year...

Every year, the boys always get a crazy gift.
Last year it was nerf dart guns.
This year it was nerf ball guns.
They spent the first 15 minutes of gift time shooting each other "quietly" so they wouldn't wake the kids up.
The girls spent the first 15 minutes ducking and trying to hide the balls so we could keep opening presents.
It's turned into quite the tradition!
The boys also usually get some funny presents from each other as well.
This year, Loren won the best present award.
We couldn't resist taking some pictures of their craziness!
I have no idea where Matt is going to wear a shirt like this,
but who wouldn't want a gold star t-shirt for pooping?

We always love being able to spend time with our family.
And you can always bank on some special Christmas memories with these crazy boys!
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas too!
